Do we do all types of plumbing?

We do the majority. The things we can’t help you with are roofing and sometimes may suggest a leak detection company, that has specific cameras for difficult leak detection issues. We will always help you out over the phone to let you know if we can help or not and we’re happy to point you in the right direction if we can’t help.

What warranty do I get?

There is no standard answer for this, as each product comes with their own warranty. You’ll quite often find that your warranty will come in three parts.

Compliance Certificate: If you receive a compliance certificate from us, it gives you 6.5 years warranty on our work.

Product: This comes from the manufacturer. It maybe 5 years on your hot water service or 10 years on the heat exchanger. Each product and brand offer different warranties.

Parts: Most parts come with a 12 month warranty.

If you’d like to know what warranty you’ll get before you install a new product, please contact us so that we can give you the specific details. Similarly, if you would like to know if your product is still under warranty, please contact us so we can answer this for you. We are always your first port of call if something goes wrong. We can direct you, as to what to do from here, if need be. We are always happy to talk.

Are we licenced and insured?

Yes, is the quick answer to both of these. Any licenced plumber in Victoria has to show the Victorian Building Authority and Plumbing Industry Commission satisfactory insurance in order to be licenced. Our plumbing licence number is 50497 and our Australian Refrigeration Licence number is L127370. Please contact us if you’d like any further details on this.

Why don’t we charge a call out fee?

It’s our way of being straight up and honest from the get go. It means that we can come to your property and see exactly what needs to be done. You end up with a quote that you can trust and advice that’s worth something to you, all for no obligation and no cost to you. It helps us too. If there is something that we can’t help with for whatever reason, we can hopefully at least point you in the right direction and we don’t take on a job that isn’t right for us. It’s a win-win in our books.

What types of payment do you take?

We carry a portable Eftpos machine with us so paying via credit card or debit card can be made simply. You can also direct transfer or pay by cash.

Please note that we don’t accept American Express cards.
